All the ducks are not in a row

No prospective JV partner will invest in a "pig in a poke" without all i's dotted and t's crossed.

Missing:
• Pre-feasibility, bulk sample & NI 43-101
• FNNND road access and benefits agreement
• Environmental, water permit and baseline study on endangered species
• Beaver Rivers Land Plan

Cantex had so far spent $56 million on Yukon and accumulated deficits of $97 million. In comparison, Atac Resources incurred $90 million on its gold discovery in Rackla. They didn't get the road and nearly went broke. Metalex spent over $50 million on its U2 diamond project with nothing to show because of the lack of road access by First Nation.
