Is this $15M going to be spent at Perseverance?

Note reference to a project with an “affiliated company” of Ivanhoe. Would be interesting if Cordoba was that company and the project is Perseverance. $15 million and three year timeline would fit with their plans to achieve spend milestone with BCU. Don't have inside information, but what else in Arizona would they be committing the money to?
