Insider selling

I see Mr. Bernard disposed of 1,675,000 shares recently.  Are the insider's starting to bail already??

Insider selling has might have several reasons.........and unpleasant reason should not always be expeceted first! Don't forget: Benard bought millions of shares at .25 - .35 !!! Seling now means he will lose a lot. But....of course seppeltimius will comment in his usual way, no question LOL

uislandjon, I just saw the wording :"11 - Disposition carried out privately"...........Please be fair and add such wording. Do not mix market sales with private transfers of shares. It is the right of every insider to tranfer shares to another insider......and, so please notice: There is no price given ! So this is not a market selling at all. So here no insider is screvving any ...more
