Mineralfields probably sold the rest of the 7 million tuesday we will find out tommorrow
And they sold 300,000 common shares

JDM has indirect control and direction over 11,700,000 common shares of Candorado

(the “Shares”), 630,000 options to purchase units (the “Units”) comprised of one share

and one warrant with a total number of 630,000 underlying warrants to purchase shares,

and 7,000,000 warrants to purchase shares (the “Warrants”) representing approximately

22.58% of the outstanding Shares on a partially diluted basis.

and 9,500,000 warrants to purchase shares (the “Warrants”) representing approximately

25.03% of the outstanding Shares on a partially diluted basis.

Those warrants expired - they weren't sold. I don't believe the warrants are trasnferable.  I suspect those are the "finders fee" warrants that were not extended by the TSX last week.  Because Mineralfields own so many shares even something like this (the expiration of warrants) has to be reported.Also, for all those comments about 2 million insider shares being sold ...more
