Maybe this was an agreement between new invesrors and MF to buy out at market price...Maybe thats why no showing of inside trading until the deal is complete Maybe after the deal is complete the new investors will anounce who they areIf this is not the case this is still a good buy at these prices having acquired property beside CIN and CCE
