Again 2.2 million shares sold....by whom?

...that is the real question I am interexsted in . Since weeks we have to notice up to 50 million shares sold...........BY WHOM?
Is there anybody at this board to take this serious question a little bit serious? Santa Claus is gone....and it would be nice to get some realistic replies to realistic questions. and. nobody, absolutely nobody intentes to give a serious answer, neither the CEO nor anybody here at the board. Very strange!

it is called tax loss selling and happens on my stocks ... tax loss selling is over and those stocks that were depressed from those wanting the tax loss start to firm up over the next few weeks.

Are you serious dude?  That's the market.  If there were 10 million shares sold between 04 and 06 last week, then 20 percent of those shareholders are going to be happy with that gain. It's called short term trading and a ton of people do it.  And a lot of times those people who sold at 055 or 06 are really unhappy the next couple of days as it makes a retest of 10 cents or ...more

That there is most likely new investors...and more options than MF to do the next financing

The last PP I believed for CIN brought a big return for the parties that invested in that PP

wildman, thank you for your idiotic reply! I am one of the first investors in CDO since nine years, in the microcmarket since 20 years.and just ask the simple question, why approx. 50 million of 85 million OS of CDO have been sold within six weeks........and I receive such a stupid reply calling this 'short term trading which is done by tons of people do'? Tons of people short a promising ...more

You have been in CDO 9 years, and the market 20 years and are still in this stock at this level? And I am the idiot?Okay, you are not having a good time of it in the market these years, so I won't pile on.  Good luck to you.

Actually trade4fever, I am going to answer your question for you. Look up the history of Joe Dwek and Mineralfields. Look up the boards EFG, DEC, CUU, MTB.  It is all they talk about over there some days is how Joe Dwek destroys stocks.  If you have a flow through financing through this guy, you are going to find that he almost likes to put the company that borred from him on their back, ...more

Very good point and maybe the new investors will clean out Rene as well
Comment by Rambo007 on Dec 30, 2010 2:17pm
Like I pointed out before CIN nor CCE  needed the likes of MF for a private investment Lots of interest in Ree properties

wildman, you obviously never have build up a company with a friend, didn't you? Former CEO Rene Bernard has been holding his millions of shares until today, so I have been holding my millions of shares also as I believe in this story - even I do not like this selling pressure since weeks. However, this is called longterm cooperation between business people and friends who have been investing in ...more

You answer is nonsense: Dwek / MF never have been holding 50 millions of shares. The latest pp they was about 10 million of shares!  You still seem no to understand that I know facts, details, investors etc. of CDO since nine years. Please do not tell an old train who a station is looking like.

You seem to have some anger issues to deal with trade4ever.  I am not interested in your fight.  Carry on.  Good luck.  I have some ideas on how money is made in the stock market, but if you are building a friendship instead of wealth then that is your call.  And it is a good one.  At the end of the day, friends are important too.But clearly, I haven't made any ...more

wildman, no reason to 'fight' at all :-) There are enough basher here who are definitive not worth even to talk to.I know the MF is a disaster for companies. But I know that compnaies need MF sometimes as MF buys pps while the markets are down....and explorer need money to keep on running. My hope is the MF does not destroy the share structure of CDOlongterm if Kirk Reed continues to make ...more

And good luck to you.  I wish you well.  The stock should be at the price of .40 and it is a testament to how difficult it can be to build value in the face of guys like Joe who are happier to have you on your back so they re-up their commitment to you at your next time of need. Thanks for your even tempered post.  And I get your commitment.  I am doing the same thing at a ...more
