CANDORADO CLOSES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Candorado Operating Company Ltd. has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to its non-brokered private placement financing previously announced in Stockwatch on June 11, 2010.

Each unit comprises one common share plus one warrant entitling the investors to purchase one common share for a period of 12 months at a price of 10 cents per share.

Well I said what I had to sayLet's hope the new investors change things aroundA program on their REE properties would be their best bet along with their Lithium propertiesA good JV for the Murphy lake but I think CDO should have drilled first to get a better deal Good luck everone

This pp was used simply to pay emplyees wages. There are no "new investors". You will soon find out. ;)

You would figure CDO would have made a PP for a 100,000 instead of 31,000 and get the Manprime core results done...Things don't add up
