On Feb 4 we will get the news about a share consolidation.

I find that very doubtfull with only 80m shares out and before a PP is done.

I am not advocating for it and agree is not necessary with 80 million shares out.  But this is the rumour, and there is a special meeting called for March 11, and the notice goes out on feb. 4.  We shall see then if it is true. What I also heard was that if the vote is succesful on it, it doesn't necesaarily have to be done.  Sort of a back up position if they can't get the

I didn't want to come out and say it when I heard, but just tried to prepare your minds about it, but yes the notice will be coming out "soon" (just so Goldengirl doesn't count the days)This could solve the problem of "who's selling, who's buying, who's dumping, who's accumulating...who's holding how many questions"

Well Feb 4th sounds better than SOON as we all know that term means nothing at all , could mean next week ,next mth or next year. I've seen it used too many times on spec stks and 2 in particular where the CEO even made public statements saying soon and that was over 4 moths ago.Time will tell good luck to all, this should still be a winner

News will be coming out today or Monday (goldengirl take note) to give company updates about the .10 PP and other little developments (share votes). The big stuff will come out when it's sealed in cash.

Thanks blackgold, It does not look like I will get my fill today at .04, this morning looked good for a moment, wil try a bit higher but not a chaser. Content with what I have but would have like to lower my avg cost which stands at .065

Why are you dumping, I put an order in at .04 , still think we will see .04 before .055   4 and .065 is better than .055 and .065. I said I am content with what I have but would pick more up at .04. Why would I avg down to .06 when the avg of .045 or .05 seems likely . Your comment does not make sense.

Who said .055?  I never said .055.  Did you ever hear of a limit order?  You don't have to buy the ask you know?Put in a bid in a limit order  of 05.  Good grief.  Who ever mentioned .055? And of course 04 is better, but who said it was going there?  You were happy to pay 065 and now you think that pretty close to the absolute all time low is on the horizon
