1) This consolidation was called by the new investors! (who picked up over 22Mil retail shares from all of previous month's selling) And not by Reed! He (and the bod) were caught off guard by this request but have to put it forward. They're busy raising financing and making drilling work plans to follow that.

2) As far as Pepper and their evil alliances, the lawyers found nothing in the agreement that should be effected by their past. All is contingent upon them dropping the cash into escrow, nothing goes though without that.

3) Two other financing/investors outlets still exist (in discussions), besides all these.

4) The value of an asset is not lost, it's just transferred into someoneelse's hands. The intention of this consolidation is to do just that,will you be the hand that loses or gains? that is the question. 1Kg ofgold is worth the same as 1000gr

Just who are these "new investors" that they can decide and force Reed to do a reverse consolidation? This seems to run in contravention of established rules and laws presently protecting the exchange. Something doesn't make sense here.
