Minerlfields

It seems to me the key to answering these questions about the .20 warrants is what is the nature of the transaction. The code is "97" ("other").  It is not an exercise of the warrants (code 70) of a purchase (code 10), so what is it? I don't have the answer, does anyone else?

Also what is important is that Mineralfields showed up on the insider report - which means they still have over 10% of the outstanding shares (or did at the date of the transaction).
