According to Sedar, the March special shareholders meeting has been cancelled.

good sign as the main purpose was for a cosolidation vote, we might be getting an update shortly then on other activities.

It is not for sure that the consolidation vote has been cancelled altogether.  The meeting has been cancelled, but maybe it will be rescheduled.  I don't want to see a consolidation, but I believe the vote has to take place.  Doesn't mean it will pass.

No vote has to take place.  They announced it arbitraily.  They can cancel it arbitrarily. This was a shakeout and a shakedown pure and simple.

The vote was not announced arbitrarily - - it was put forward by a group of shareholders that had a qurom (20%) as per the TSX rules.  CDO had a responsbility to bring it forward.  I believe the vote for the consolidation will now be moved to the AGM in May, as the shareholders (including those that put it forward?) don't seem to have an appetite for it.  That includes me! I should have been more clear in my last message.  The roll back vote will likely still happen, but at the AGM instead, as there no longer seems to be sufficient support for the vote to happen at a special meeting.  Instead it will likely form part of the agenda and regular businnessat the AGM in May.

And finally, I want to add that the proposal for the share consolidation was quite legitimate considering how the share price was knocked down by heavy selling into the run to .10. It looks like that may have been Dwek / Minerfields, as well as some insiders (Renee and Naylor).  That wrecked the last financing attempts.  The news release about the roll back was quite frank and ...more

Yep money is running out....CDO has to sign a good JV soon with a good amount of cash up fronth....Or sell one of their properties
