If the accumulation that we have been suspecting is indeed true, then this "someone" now has most of the float - they will just take this right up to .15 in no time.

Maybe the new investors were waiting for news to buy like before..News about V.CIN..They are sneaky..PP cancelled and so forth..

No way this move is a result of another company. This is big money knowing at what level they are going to support a stock and then anything they buy under it is profit. Big money knows the news already. They aren't going in with this type of confidence not knowing what an impending release is.

Bang on Wildman - this sort of volume is not buying because of some possible news on a proximity play to CIN.
