So in this time period if he sold 4,543,000 and bought 3,420,000 Yep it sure looks like it to me that he got rid of over 10,000,000. YOU ARE ONE ??????????????? Good thing you don't count for a living.
Comment by wildman2 on Mar 02, 2011 6:06pm
also note that the ceo told me that in october of last year mineralfields owned 22 percent of the float.now miineralfields has so few shares that any sale they make does not have to be noted at sedar as mineralfields is no longer an insidernext step - no longer a holder
Comment by wildman2 on Mar 03, 2011 10:32pm
I can't say with total confidence, but Joe hasn't sold a share here for 4 days.  I don't want to get too excited, but there were over 100 thousand shares on the bid all day and he didn't fill them.  He sold all of the 4s last week, about 2 million shares to drain the 4s and since then, silence. Could it be?  Nah, too soon.  He's gotta have some left.  I ...more

Well if that is the case, cdo should put out one of their news releases they have supposedly been saving and see what happens.
Comment by wildman2 on Mar 04, 2011 12:23pm
Here is what I would do if i were kirk and rene et al:I would let the 04s sit on the bid for a while.  It's the best number on the 04s in a while.  Wait a couple days and see if he fills them.  He always sells into the bid.  He can't resist.  Just give him a while.  Natural instincts always come out in the end. If he doesn't, then see if he is just ...more

Its ridiculous meanwhile, that this board has nothing to discuss about since mobnths but about trading, MineralFields, Joe Dwek, insider selling discussions etc..  What I see that Kirk Reede releases nothing about the business of CDO. One could have the umpleasant idea that CDO has no business anymore ! Reed oes not show at all to be a unfull CEO. People might discuss about Bernard wahtever ...more
Comment by wildman2 on Mar 04, 2011 3:23pm
Or I think Reed is a bloody genius to not do anything until Joe is gone, because Joe would ruin it anyway.  That's what I think. How long has this co. been involved with Mineralfields and what was  the stock price when the first financing that was done with him matured (one week after it matured). You will see a chart looks like a V.  When Joe started is the top of the V.  ...more

MineralFields/Dwekis no the only reason why CDO trades at .045 since 2008. I undersatnd that shareholder are lookong for a bad boy to declare he is the reason for a disaster. But Dwek is not nor is trading by Rene Bernard. The reason for bad progress of a company for years is always either a bad product or a bad management ! I am running a compnay by myself since more than three decades. Sorry ...more

Here with all due respect trade4ever is what I would like to suggest for you to do, if you will take a suggestion.  From my experience here with you in the last two months, you have not taken a suggestion graciously.  I give you one in earnest now that you may read this with an open mind. You confine yourself to this company on the bullboards.  So you don't follow what Joe ...more

In answer to my own question, mid 2007 was the first PP that I could find which means the selling by Mineralfields would have started in late 2007.  Check the chart.  It is not a coincidence.  I am by no means suggesting that it is completely causal from Mineralfields, but there is a strong causal relationship. There was a market crash in there, of course, but without about 30 ...more

wildman, I am always open for clean discussions and of course I respect your opinion! Additionally I would be happy if your would be right in all points. But there are no point's' you are talking abiout....you only talk about Dwek/MF. I am in CDO since nearly ten years now and did, of course, check the chart for those ten years.....day by day ....thus approx. 3600 times ! And I have been ...more

Well said trade4ever Without hammer joe CDO might have went bankrupt but the is a prive to pay afterwards..
Comment by Rambo007 on Mar 06, 2011 11:57am
there is a price to pay afterwards
Comment by wildman2 on Mar 06, 2011 12:13pm
trade4ever, rambo.  I take no issue with either of your statements.  I do believe though this is the low and there is a turnaaround story waiting to happen here.  Because as Rambo said there is a price to pay with Joe and we are about to lose the man who makes us pay the price and gain a group who doesn't make you pay the price. I hope you two are also here with ...more

wildman, I am still holding because I have no other chance after ten years. I just can hope for a turnaround.
