Management

Sorry, but I do not have the feeling that Kirk Reed has any interest in shareholders of Candorado. We are waiting for such informations since many months...and finally a member of this bullboard has to find this information at a SEC report of the JV partner. Does anybody here thing this is a great behaviour of this CEO towards shareholder?

Probably because the deal hasn't closed or recieved final approval from the securities exchange.  They wouldn't be permitted to release any news in that case, until it is finalized, or it would be simply irresponsible to do so.  I was aware of the possibility of this deal some time ago, because if you have civil and constructive conversatations with Kirk he is quite open ...more

crash, I have been told too many fairy tales by CEOs also at CDO. I have learned that even a press release is not trustworthy totally. But I can do without the enthusiasm of CEOs who did not deliver anything for months, but telling me, as a shareholder, that everything is fine. I have heard this thousands times. As long as nothing is official as long I do not believe anything here anymore .....and ...more

When is the vote for the roll back
Comment by trader4ever on Mar 22, 2011 7:37am
nobody knows. But I recommend to check sedar documents frequently. I do not trust this management, maybe they do not offer proxy....and than the rollback will be done without our vote ! CDO starts to stink!

I would hate to see it done that way but with this management, I wouldn't put it past them.

Rambo, "When is the vote for the roll back"That will be put to a vote during the AGM which is in early May. Look for a new team of board members, including "trader"'s wish come true...The Greenwood deal is true and Pepper Rock has restructured and is still interested in going forward with the JV.My 2 cents worth

so it is important to take care for the proxy. But meanwhile I worry that some major shareholder might support a rollback and we will be the loser. CDO speak about this rollback too often !!!!

Well at least management is working on some JV....Maybe the biigy will be anounced one day
Comment by trader4ever on Mar 25, 2011 4:18am
imo the question is: If(!) there will be a JV, will it make sense to releases it before a rollback or after. However, I am not shure the price will move up so or so. CDO is out of the focus of the market. A 1:5 rollback of todays 80 million shares will support an ongoing destruction of the shareprice. Too many player might believe price is up after the rollback ( 16 million shares OS) because of a ...more
