I have never been holding a stock that has done a reverse split at this low of a value.  They are talking about a 5 to 1 so are we dealing with fractions here?  I'm not being a smart a$$, I really don't know.  Any clarity would be appreciated.

It's not that complicated, 1 for 5: 100K shares at .03 = $3000, after the RS the share prices goes to .15 (wow) but the shares in your account would go to 20,000, still worth $3000But the 'fear' out there is based on the trend that the market holds negative sentiments towards such moves, usually performed by scamsters, one person 'corporations'  and as a desperate measure

Where is this news you guys were talking about coming out a few weeks back..and a pp at 5 cents???

Thanks blackgold; I had a brain hicuup there and was figuringing out the reverse split on share "value" which of course isn't the case at all.....happens sometimes lol.  Of course it's figured on the share number, not the value.ThanksH
