Depending on his activity since then, the long nightmare that is Joe Dwek with your company is finally near its conclusion.

Also, I am hearing extremely positive news on two other fronts.  Read my other posts on JV and PP.  It is lining up, and I give the company credit for riding out the Joe effect storm, and not only not going backa to him, but not bothering to release any good news for him to sell into anyway.

MF's 3 million holding was from Reed's early March traders report. Take out the 1.7M from the insiders report, plus yesterday's 900K+ sell, they're completely out.There may still be a few cockroaches lurking with the sole intention of manipulating the sp, like 099 and 001, but they are only effective when there's very low volume and they usually strike around 3:59pmGLTA

Both of you are incorrect.Check the SEDI, or Canadian Inside.  He has not moved any shares or warrants to his Pathways account (check for "change in the nature of ownership". that is the sign that he is beginning to liquidate his shares)  According to the CEO at CDO, he is nearly done and nearly finished as I have already explained.  Blackgold seems to think he is out

Wildman, not sure if you are referring to my post re the warrants - if you are, I don't understand how you can say MF is out of warrants. The warrants are not publicly traded, and they haven't been in the money, so unless they have expired (and some may have), why would MF be out of warrants? MFis just holding them - which account, I couldn't venture a guess, but MF must hold a bunch

Crash, he has not moved anything new to Pathways in a long time.  Warrants not executed are not what I would think of as a scourge on the stock.  If I see that he exercises the warrants and then moves them over to Pathways, (change in the nature of ownership is the look out below warning sign) then I will concede that he is still around. Thanks Wildman - my only point is that the warrants once executed will become a scourge - albeit when the stock is .10-.15.  We can cross that bridge when we get there.  And I agree with you - now is the time to buy - and I have been.  I picked some more up at .035 (missed the .03 sale).

Agreed Crash.  I check the CanadianInsider every day.  If he moves any over to Pathways, then I will get cautious.  As it is now, he is out, and the four year nightmare of him selling into the bid is over.  He started with this company when it was .45 cents and sold his last on Thursday at .03. Nor sure about all the sellers but there's been a lot of 099 Jitney and 001 anon. and a hand pick of others.One thing for sure is most of the buying of late has been by 007 TD, and I mean many millions, lots of accumulating by some group.

The first half of today was Joe, and the second half was Jitney.  I don't know if anyone has noticed, but Jitney is really been a seller of everything for the past month.  Jitney seems to have lost confidence in the market.  They will especially sell week days between 3:30 and 4 pm rather than hold the stock overnight.  (and I am not speaking of CDO here, but all stocks
