Firstly, you are writing so quickly because you are so irate, I really could not understand most of that.

The one thing I think I picked up is I did say, contrary to blackgold who suspected that he was finished, that Mineralfields had a million left.

I believe that they sold 85% of it today. 

And as I said before..... We shall see.

Yes, for the rest of the people who may still come here to read about the company, though with all the vitriol here admittedly, it must be a challenge to bother, I am flat out saying that Joe is very very close to done here.

150 thousand left is my best guess.  (however, it is not as if I work at the company)

And for the rest of you who are wondering why I challenge trade4ever as many times as he writes that nonsense, that if I don't it stands alone as if it were truth.

At least, this way, there is another viewpoint, and in this case, if the interested important parties are being truthful to me, I present an investable story of JVs and PPs and a Mineralfields exit.

I think it is compelling, even if someone who has been in CDO 10 years is a reluctant shareholder/shorter/whatever and of the opposite opinion.

Ten years is enough for managers to prove if they can make a story grow. Reed has been director of CDO, beside the CEO Rene Bernard, also since many many years....and he did nothing for the salary he got. I am mainly curious WHEN the management is going to publish the proxies regarding the rollback ! Meeting date is 13/06/2011 ! 40 days left .............will we see the final doomsday or not, that is the question.......after (?) MineralFields selling-orgy.

I was thinking the same thing.  It will probably last minute with not enough time to return for vote to matter.  Just the way they want it.

Reed has to take into account, that many shareholder of CDO are Europeans. I do not believe they will shut up if they notice, that Reed does offer those püroxies just a day before the meeting. By the way, I have had such an experience with a microcap some years before !!! If this happens, be shure I am going to contact my lawyer for an official letters abnd legal action for cancellation of

As long as you get the proxy before the meeting, you can always fax it in...if they mail it out a day before? that's plain crazy!Reed said that they'll be sending them out mid May. Let's see?
