I also notice the Rene Bernard's name is not being put forward by management for the Board of Directors.  Robert Shives' name is being put forward for the future board.  He is an experienced and respected geologist who knows the Murphy Lake area very well, as a result of his excellent work with V.GWQ (GWR Resrouces), as well as the consulting work he has done for CDO on the Murphy Lake property, in interpreting the airborne mag survey of the area.  His expertise is in reading air and ground mag and IP surveys, and this has enabled V.GWQ to target and prove up a significant copper / magnite / gold resource at Spout Lake, very close to the soutern border of CDO's Murphy Lake property.

Like I have been saying all along (just to get annoyed out of my tree by you know who).....they will have an all new board, and there are big and experienced people coming in and they have a plan.Joe is gone. I am wondering what kind of evidence anyone has that a share consolidation will be bad.I can see where it could end up making the stock easier to decline, but I see no reason to believe that it is inevitable or even more probable than it moving in the opposite direction. Than again, I have no data on past occurrences, so I wonder where the opposition is coming from. I have no real opinion and

Something that puzzled me about the Management Information relating to the Proxy(actually a whole lot of things puzzled me)Why are they appointing an architect as a Director?Are they planning on going into the Real Estate Business?Is he representing shareholders when he owns no shares?And how come the filing indicates that none of the people running for Director own shares?The CEO owns no shares

Even it it does pass I would hope that the new management and investors have enough brains not to use it.  If they release some news of value it should help the share price and thus any financing will be done at a higher price after the the 5 cent pp that will take place next.  Voting proxy for reverse split was probably just added to agm material in order to save paper work by maybe
