What country are you in?
When is the Eurozone going to get its act together and commit MORE than enough money to fix things, including the weak banks?
With less uncertainty mineral explorers will have an easier time moving up. Maybe even this one, which has been seeing someone support the price for quite some time, despite lots of sellers.

Even it does not make sense to talk to you: Eurozone does get its act together ten time better than the States: USA prints $ like hell simply ignoring enormously increase inflation.Weak banks in Europe? LOL Lehmann Brothers did never exist, right? LOL....and where did the desaster with banks/ real estate / dirty loans start? In Europe? who said anything about Americans.This is a Canadian company and Canada doesn't have any weak banks or taxic CMOs or insolvent Govt.s
