anybody know anything about the AGM

Honestly I have never been more in the dark about something that I own.

The fact that we had an AGM go by and nobody (including me) has anything to post about what transpired it shocking and more than a little depressing.

In my opinion...nobody knows.  No one cares.  It is just circling the bowl waiting for the final sucking sound from what I can tell.

Can anyone offer anything to the contrary?

Well if you are a long time share holder, it is not looking very good for you.  Management is setting things up to maybe benefit new investors short term.

The big question is, why does this share consolidation (is it always like that?)  did not find enough NO votes?! If there are so many longterm shareholder keeping millions of shares since years.....where are theri NO-votes? And, if they did not vote NO, do they honestly believe a share consolidation of a non-sheel would helpp in this situation? Didn't they notice those interested new ...more

PS. I apologize for my terrible english, but I am hammering my frustration about CDO into my keyboard. I never ever have been upset about a microcaps as I am about this whole CDO-story. This story has been a big lie since Rene Bernard has been trading this story on the back of longterm shareholder and since Reed, who has doen nothing while his leadership. and now we have Eisler who takes care for ...more
