The liabilities are 21.45 million, but remember strategynut, that 14.5 million of this is convertible debt. So that makes only liabilities of 7 million cash. If they can bring in an investor for 7-10 ...more

According to the Proposal Trustee, liabilities were about double what you indicated. No news may indicate that insiders (debtors-in-posession) may be negotiating a favourable deal for themselves.

There are no shares to sell. The secured creditors are in possession of the firm. They may try to sell after a reverse vesting order wipes out all the shareholders and unsecured creditors.
