At what price does CWS have to trade at and for how long before Management decides to turn on the tap and expand production to 3,600 BOPD? They have never said. Just prices need to impove to make it worth while.

That's a good question. According to https://www.baystreet.ca/commodities/4767/Can-Oil-Sands-Be-Banned "steam-assisted in situ projects have by now a $45-50 per barrel breakeven cost" Plus transportation, startup,.... Banks might not finance such a project, but POE has a stockpile of cash, unless of course they distribute it to shareholders. Eventually, the federal government might ...more

Restart the existing wellpair and add one more pair. If they do decide they want to sell, it would probably be best to have some oil pumping generating some revenue and profit. IMO, Sawn Lake would sell for more if there was some production rather than none. Kind of like a test drive for an oil field. I own very little POE right now but a couple of years ago I asked the company the question regarding the oil price needed to restart sawn lake. It was around 60 to 65 then.
