CanAsia Equity Incentive Plan

Having just received the information prepared for voting Aug 23, does anyone have a feeling whether the CanAsia Equity Incentive Plan is worthy of voting for or against?

if we support management team, it will help them to focus on business and hopefully bring more good results from possibly selling alberta assets or buying land in Thailand and starting a new project just my opinion

Thanks for your input, yes incentives are good, but as with all things, there can be a range of too little, to too much. I need someone to comment who knows what the normal range is and can say if this deal is too rich. Management is already planning to collect rich severance fees for the transition that they are orchestrating and these fees will be payable from the start-up funding of CanAsia, I ...more

There is no reason to vote for it. One non siquitor here is how we will fund the SE Asia acquisition, if that proceeds or is already committed. All of the cash will be assigned to the Oil sand asset. Of course, they could sell that asset but that has great uncertainties given the near term trend in oil prices.
