Any other USA holders that still do not have their shares???

My shares are still "pending reciept" at Schwab. I have another friend friend also at Schwab who has not received them yet. Schwab did an investigation which took 5 days and found out that there is no estimated time for arrival. 

Any other USA holders that got actual CEC shares into their accounts?

So, I emailed Jeff and he did not bother to reply.

Next week I am going to start phoning everyone at POE and CEC that I can and just leave messages. I am 12 hours time difference but these guys never answer the phone anyways.

I think your issue is with Schwab, not with CEC. If you were thinking to selling your shares and I say if, you can't sell what isn't in your account which increases your risk of a loss. Can't margin either. If you are planning to keep your shares then it isn't as urgent. You should call your broker.

Hi, Believe me I have called them more than 5 times. I kicked the problem up to their merger and reorgs dept who did an investigation. It has something to do with USA holders and exemption from registration. I do not believe any USA holders actually got their actual shares yet and just have a pending reciept for the shares.  Radcat, were your shares with a USA or Canadian broker?

in case there are any other USA holders who have not received their shares, I spoke to someone at the company today and they are aware of the situation and it will take some more time. Also, I asked if they were going to do a website and they said it is under construction now.

My shares are with RBC and live in Toronto. Not sure what exemption from registration is all about or why that is taking this long. Good luck with this.
