Whatever the share price is after the merger,  mostly dependent on how CEX.v is being valued.

Ya that is part that scares me. 100 000 shares @ 0.37 = $37 000 100 000 * 0.075 conversion = 7500 shares $37 000 / 7500 shares = $4.93/share So does the market think the new company will be worth this in the short term. Long term they will have doubled production by this time next year so it is a good deal if you can wait long term. But short term it my get painful for current Contact ...more
