Wonder if management is buying back stock cheap to sell at a higher valuation on the HKSE.  They have 25-35M in cash.  Unless there are super high working capital cash requirements, it seems like a good allocation of capital.... they should also be able to raise more capital at higher valuations on the HKSE

What about the whole scenario of people buying in to extract dividend, and then sell off after the right timing is complete, could this be a contributer of the stock rise last week, besides being an awsome company.   I remeber, i traveled to changsha and i had my eyes open for the refuelling station hahah. but one day i will travel to Sanya city, and as im air conditioning myself in one
