So far
CFY has never done a secondary financing since IPO because they do not need to.
Hence, there are no warrants whatsoever. So you sell your position, hope you get back in at a lower price. Becare what you do here!

I don't think i've posted in here before, but I bought shares in august last year around the last high at 0.63. Sold today at 1.10 with the intention of buying back in. I'm just curious what the big jump was about? Was it the dividend date announcement last week?

Forget the dividend. Most important, it's getting close to time they have to initiate HK listing per their payout agreement with insider lender last year. Association with EDF helped to add respectability to stock name and trust the repayment will not need to be "undone."
