Anyone buying shares have weird bid/ask?

So I was going to buy shares, since the price is 0.77, but my broker says the bid and asking prices are 0.85 and 0.87, how the hell is the price 0.77 then?

$0.77 was the last trade and subsequent to the last trade, the bids firmed up to $0.85-$0.86., So looking ok.

Yea bought some more for 0.86, not a good of a steal as 0.77. Seller must not like the Chinese aspect of it, but then why even buy in the first place.
