LNG export from Canada?
Was this undertaking mentioned before? I did not know we had LNG on-ship capability (yet) on our West Coast...anyone know source?

Maybe they got it from the US, sailed to vancouver and put in a couple liters from a portable tank to get a canadian customs export. I knew a guy that did that with concrete in the middle east to relabel it from iranian to UAE. But in all seriousness, could it be from rail?
