LNG export from Canada?

Was this undertaking mentioned before? I did not know we had LNG on-ship capability (yet) on our West Coast...anyone know source? 
"The LNG shipment from the Vancouver port was arranged by Changfeng and it arrived at the Shanghai port on November 8, 2018, and has now cleared customs.  The LNG exported to the PRC was procured by Changfeng from a British Columbia-based energy provider, "

Maybe they got it from the US, sailed to vancouver and put in a couple liters from a portable tank to get a canadian customs export.  I knew a guy that did that with concrete in the middle east to relabel it from iranian to UAE. But in all seriousness, could it be from rail?
