This is Pointless

Finish the lawsuit, if you win, get control.  I can't vote a change in management at this point without knowing the outcome.  I agree with some of their concerns to fix the valuation, but I'd rather a family lawsuit not mess up the governance in the middle of covid.  We can add one or two new board members who have experience in investment banking, we don't need a whole new board.
