its trading like its going bankrupt! what am i missing? Company is solid with a stupid noise of a 20k shareholder that thinks they can pull a fast one.

Ya so I had a lot of conversations with both sides.  Everyone new to this is trying to figure out what it's trading so cheap for so long.  It's hidden in the Canadian venture exchange with shareholders who are impatient.
