Any news on this stock

I called my broker and they confirmed still under cease trade. I called their office in Vancouver and rungs several times and then goes to VM. Still waiting for them to post financials but I doubt it's going to happen. Sedate states they are still a member of Venture. Not true. Is this lost money?
