Retail investors didn’t even get the opportunity to vote re

Salzman acquisition

''ask yourself who benefits from kly buying salzman, certainly not retail investors
whats happened with the fact kly didn't pay talents debt
kly doesn't have money to pay accountants to do financials that's why tsx haulted trading so we can't do research when kly as no money fact
salzman put covid spin on their product to generate hype but their product is years away from potentially being approved   And kly never never got any confirmation that salzman got Barda financing to continue research and kly doesn't have money
also do the math salzman will fully control kly and retail investors will be wiped out another fact

People who think this deal is good please we are open to hearing explanation

$4.2mm net over 3 years, plus 'potential sales'. BARDA is already paying ~$80mm for development, how much are sales worth? Surprised it's not in the contract, or is it? Market for chlorine gas treatment is miniscule. Salzman does not need to be publicly traded at all. Farrell had no choice - and this isn't uncommon in biotechs. He knew it was only way for Kaly to continue and for ...more

How many doses will they stockpile, 100k per their theoretical contingency from 2005? That is absolutely miniscule. Besides, if they're already paying $80mm to develop, how much on top will they pay for sales, if anything? Noticed you completely ignored that detail. You literally said Salzman needs to be publicly traded. Salzman doesn't need to be publicly traded to raise capital. Kaly ...more

Please do not spread false information. They do not have BARDA funding. They COULD receive more funding. This is taken from the press release on their website.  An additional USD $69.9 million could be released to Salzman Group over the next 36 months, as developmental milestones are achieved.

If they don't get BARDA funding they won't develop. Even then, will takes years to develop. US just ordered up to 600mm doses of Pfizer's vaccine, pending FDA approval. Two dozen vaccines are in clinical trials.

They want to go public is my understanding. They did not get 40 patents being broke or not having a product. What do you have Penny? Just a bunch of BS from what I read. You obviously do not have any KLY stock and if you did you probably sold at a loss and that's why your so bitter? So you want others to join your quest at being a loser. Good luck with that loser.
