Here is what I gathered...
Canadian stocks are. It listed in any exchange but they are listed or were transferred to the pink sheets.. that is why I see a lil "US" beside the amount of my stock. I can also trade them on the pink sheets... apparently..

The company is dual listed, you can't transfer shares per se, but you can arbitrage.

What does that mean? I can ask my broker to sell as US converted? Lol??? I have no clue Thanks

Not exactly, but you might be able to sell an equal amount of KALTF short if your broker allows it and you have the margin, and covering with your shares of KLY. However, I don't know if you can while KLY is halted.

Ok so only usable as collateral or leverage (STILL HAS some value) .....well we can only hope that there are real trials going on somewhere and they can get some government money or private given to them to develope/bring to a marketable next level. They can license or sell R-107 or hopefully partner with a bigger pharma???? Anything please
