The Claritas Patent...

I looked up the SaNOtize patent and they seem to have the nasal spray locked down.  When I looked up Claritas it states they CAN patent anywhere where it's "open".   Other than that they only have the NO injection covered.

Does anyone have any different or better search results???  I hope

it s that  R-107 is a patented nitric oxide-releasing compound for treatment of Covid-19 and other viral infections

I can see that.  It doesn't say which juristriction it covers.   I have a feeling that SaNOtize and R-107 are very similar products and won't necessarily be released in the same jurisdictions as each other.

See now that says it's patented but when I look it up on an actual patent site it doesn't say North America or Europe.   I wonder if they can only be covered in places SaNOtize doesn't have the patent.   I did see that SaNOtize was patented first.
