B Warrants

I called TD Waterhouse and was on the phone with them for 45 minutes. They dis RS to both my regular CLAS shares and the B warrants. I tried to explain to them that my understanding is that the number of B warrant shares shouldn't have been impacted by the RS and one should need 20 of them to purchase 1 CLAS share but they didn't understand and not even willing to look into it!!

Does anyone else has the same problem? with the RS to B warrants I've lost 90% of my warrants value over night! This doesn't make sense to me!

yes i had the same problem and i made them go back and open an investigation otherwise i threatened to sue them. they are looking into it now. i would do the same otherwise we all lose 95% of out value right off the bat which is not correct

anyone here who does not use TD and hold B warrants? I need confirmation if your B warrant is still the same number as they were from before the R/S or not and which institution you are with - TD insists that they did it right by doing a R/S on the B warrants as well and wiping out 95% of all of our accounts in one shot!! I am currently on hold with TD... Again. Buddy on the other end of the phone says that the warrants should also go through the split. I insisted that he is wrong, and so he is on hold with someone else to get an official answer regarding that. He doesn't seem to want to help, and doesn't agree with me obviously, but not enough to say I'm wrong. Been on hold 26minutes now

They are telling me the warrants get split 20:1 but are convertible 1:1 still. I told them I want to exercise all my warrants then. NOW they are looking into it further

Their official response is that they have made no mistake. And they cannot confirm the exercise price at this moment, as they are waiting for an update from Claritas.
