Sorry? So yeah, what's your point?
" January 4 we were 'negotiating' for rights however, Jan.17 we announced that the negotiations are over and we "will enter into a new license agreement" Your Quote
So yeah, what's your point?
Next we'll have an update on the same thing saying "we negotiated, see previous Update, then we announced we will enter into a new license, see previous update, then another update saying we have finally entered into the agreement subject to TSX -V approval, then another update saying we have approval bt need to raise cash, then another update saying cash is found but the Claritas team need to make room for 1.2 million more shares....then another update.................
4 or 5 updates about the same thing is not a very strong fundamental until the announced intent is actually done. Am I missing something here , you don't seem to know how these Penny stocks work. You can't say the same thing 5 different times and expect a good response from intelligent shareholders.

You do know there is difference between negotiating for an agreement and actually signing or having it approved and finalized. So yes it seems you are missing something. "You can't say the same thing 5 different times and expect a good response from intelligent shareholders." Actually I "assumed" I was speaking to one, don't dissappoint me.
