One of those last three or 4 "updates" hinted that the money wasn't all there....Bob doesn't like to use Cash.....don't you have to have ALL the money to get a start date ,,,,and shouldn't Bob and the Claritas team already be preparing for Phase 1 as per previous interviews with Andrew?
