Why  it closed at.19 on the us side?

The bid on KALTF was .125 to .1358 for most of the day and a bit was sold into that price but at 3:45 PM someone must have wanted some badly so they bought 1 k shares at the ASK price which was .19. The current bid/ask is .125/.19
