What's happening to B Warrants!

Investors bought the warrants based on promisses made by this scam of a company and now it's all going to be worthless!!!! And now we have been waiting for a clarification to HREC for over TWO weeks!! These guys are criminals and fraudsters making deals with their buddies to ensure maximum damage to investors BEFORE handing ownership to Salzman!! Why was there even questions from HREC after MONTHS if not YEARS of delay making the submission?? Bob is PERSONALLY respnsible for this disastor.....SHAME
