THREE weeks since comments from HREC and yet Nothing!!

Feb 22nd news release clearly stated "Claritas will respond to HREC's comments later this week and expects to receive approval for phase 1 shortly therafter". IF thess actions and several earlier ones over the last Three years are not fradulant then what is?? This company has been misleading investors from day ONE!! 

Phase 1 start date has moved by SIX months already! This is unacceptable by any standards...Bunch of thieves and no action from the regulators? How is this happening? Warrants will be expired in 6 weeks!!
