LOL, I think it will climb, and lets do a little stronger than bubbly. I am confident they have other announcements in the pipeline ready to go. There would have been no point in announcing anything without phase 1 first, since without phase 1 anything else they would have had no effect and just been met with skepticism due to loss of perceived credibility with so many delays.
