If all you say is true, this is a "pure scam and fraudulent activities" then by all means you should submit the evidence of that to the TSX and let them suffer the legal consequences, get this thing shut down and put us all out of our misery.

ARE YOU FOR REAL?? Those forward-looking statements are used by ALL companies BUT they actually deliver MOST of the times.... So, we agree on one thing. THIS COMPANY IS A  SCAM, as it has NOT DELIVERED on a single front EVER. WE had a 20:1 RS and the SP went to 47 cents (Let's forget about the whole mess up there with the warrants fiasco)....We are now approaching the pre RS SP!!! YOU

My point is they put our NR but don't make promises or give guarentees. I am not rationalizing anything. They cover their behind with that statement if things don't go well.  I am highly disappinted and frustrated as everyone else. As for being on the pay roll, thats BS posted by other posters on this site. Claritas don't have the money to hire staff for their PR dept. you
