Hey hey to be fair, kly has millions in debt and a licence for a phase 1 drug not being developed. Who wouldn't want to buy a red balance sheet?!?!?

It is possible that without meeting any Milestones that Claritas/Robert Farewell is in danger of losing Licences for R107 from the Salzman Team, losing any further milestone/benchmark payments from Obsidian etc. and even jeopardizing his tax rebate/status from the Aussie government since there is no active research and development going on this year?
