Todos Medical, through its majority owned subsidiary 3CL Pharma, has commercialized Tollovid™, the 3CL protease inhibitor immune support dietary supplement with recent data in acute and Long COVID, with a clinical proof of concept study planned in Long COVID. 3CL is also developing the drug candidate Tollovir™, a combination 3CL protease inhibitor and CCR5 antagonist dual mechanism therapeutic currently preparing to enroll a new 46-patient treatment arm following a successful Phase 2a clinical trial in hospitalized (severe/critical) COVID-19 patients and confirmatory biomarker data.
