that is a stones throw away, literally, and in parallel geology hosting the same geological characteristics right down to the subtle alterations! The offer was around 3 million dollars and Fantasy Mike F rejected the offer.
I guess if you are Justin Reid, CEO of TLG, you will be able to pick it up for pennies on the dollar when Fantasy Mike F declares bankruptcy.
Good job Fantasy Mike F, I bet you wish you had 3 million dollars now that your market cap is sitting at 1.5 million and with only 500k working capital.
