Why XTT is a ripe takeover Candidate.

If WR1 assays come back positive XTT becomes a strong take over target.

1. They are cash poor and could not defend a hostile takeover. Best case scenario for current shareholders.

2. Their entire float, even at 10 cents a share could be purchased for less than $10 million.

3. The board collectively owns 2 million shares. Therefore, does not have much voting power to veto if a buyout is presented to a shareholder vote. Myself and 3 other investors own more than double what the current board of XTT owns and would definitely vote for a buyout just to watch Fantasy Mike´s crooked as* get tossed to the curb. I am sure there are many other shareholders not impressed with Fantasy Mike´s performance as a CEO also.

4. The buyer of XTT could sell off Grog, RIM, Trollius to recoup some of the purchase price of XTT and focus on the Jame Bay claim/Lithium play. Something Fantasy Mike should have done a while ago.

XTT´s current management has put themselves in a very vulnerable position. It will be interesting to see if they will be able to raise any $$$ through private placements going forward. Too many have been duped by Fantasy Mike in the past and it seems he has lost too much credibility in the JR mining space to raise any $$. Realistically why give XTT any $$ when it is much easier just to take them over completely. It is obvious none of the withhold votes were counted at the last AGM because Fantasy Mike still holds his seat as CEO when I know for sure there were at least a few millions votes withheld against him that definitely outnumbered the number of votes the board would have had.

GLTA and lets hope the WR1 assays are positive. Looking forward to seeing Fantasy Mike put out to pasture.

A "takeover target". that is an area play relying on another company's drill holes to hit. . Now, if that isn't a Bullshiit Pump, i don't know what is.
