Is CMB setting a new bottom? accumulation?

The book does not show too much bid-ask orders but nevertheless I see a lot of shares being picked up ( in the last months, looks like accumulating). 
Next to that the results are looking really promissing and frequently reporting out so there's activity.
Did anyone hear anything about the mill or is tht the next project/plan after silverhart?

In one of their new releases it was menioned that below, if they were not going haul to some place or move their mill up from Cal. US, Why would they go to all the trouble to have all the accesses upgraded and cost of all the extra engineering for bridge and creek croosing design work unless they were going to mine it themselves? I assumed it was for processing their material on surface not moving the mill from Cali...is the mill moveable at an economic price to the Yukon?

Don't think so. They are looking for a JV or sale (10-15 million)
