Another McW-pump

THis guy did same with PYR.  Talking of contracts in the billions until he got out.  on BNN 3 months later he crushed stock by being negative.

There was no mention of the 3,750,000 new warrants gifted to the broker - exercisable at $0.135 in 30 days - for a gift of over $2 million most likely.   Plus 5 % commission ( $750,000 ).

So they are paying probably over $ 3M in compensation to do a deal that will net them what ... $600,000 plus option if taken.  If not -- deal is a minus 2 to 2.5 million to company.

McW never mentioned that.  HE was in at 7 cents.  Easy money when u can pump your own stocks on BNN and have the sheep bid it up 80%.

I think PYR is doing very well - $9.34 and up, on a down day. Not sure your statements hold water. McWhirter does do a little promoting, for sure. But it always seems to work out. These little companies always have warrants and Brokers warrants. It's just part of the game. 50M shares traded on Friday. A few Brokers warrants won't change anything.

I agree with you and i do believe Robert mentioned the warrants at .07   We cannot begrudge the seed capital investors of the warrants they get.  This is the candy to get them to plunk down start up cash and we all know that not all startups make it and your money can be tied up for years so there needs to be a juicy rainbow to entice the investors.   We were all ...more

Looks like they are recracking used motor oil . Turning wood fiber into fuel is nothing new by no means ( white / black  liquor ) There are using sawdust right now other waste products later in the year  They do have a catalyst that seems to work . Correct ????? This is not a bash .....

Your math sucks....5% on $1,500,000 is $75,000, not $750,000.    .

It is pretty hard to be salty at Robert for his Pyrogenesis comments. He was the one who recommended it when it was trading for less than 1.00.  The fact that he got out was not necessarily a relection on his long term belief in the stock.  Investors who provide seed capital to start ups are often out o pocket for years before they see a return. If he is in early at pennies how can you ...more
