So I will repeat myself again. If RUEI has to come up with the 50 million then the city of toronto pays zippidoo nada for this facility. Just provides garbage. Great deal for the city of toronto or any other major city for that matter. How can you refuse.0000000 for a cielo plant diverting landfill for you and saving landfill costs.

Correct.  That said, the waste diverted by Cielo as a % of waste landfilled in Toronto will be the square root of 0 - statistically insignificant.
